Integrity
We assist companies bridge the gaps between design and implementation. We'll take partial or complete ownership of projects while you drive your core business. We will design and implement a Statement of Work (SOW) that defines the purpose and scope of work, location, timelines, project-specific activities, deliverables and special requirements. Then, with your support, we will drive this project to completion.

We challenge ourselves and the industry status quo. We like to consider ourselves as a non-traditional, agile company.

Our aspiration is to go beyond the limitations of our current industry practices, and improve and evolve processes to effectuate tailored solutions for you, the community and the companies we serve. LanceSoft is committed to being a learning workspace, which means using every day as an opportunity for growth, maturation, incubation and alignment of our actions with our values. We strive to embody passion, mindfulness, and social awareness to bring positive impact into the communities we work in. To this end, we have established an educational platform, UpTech, where critical industry skills are taught to individuals often chosen from socially disadvantaged locations.
People
The source of our strength is in our social responsibility to the growing community we serve. It is our ethical obligation to continue to increase our consciousness and how best to care for the welfare for our global communities and environment. For the future, we hope to continually evolve and contribute more to the well-being of others, by what we give back, not only economically but with our commitment to community service.

We remain in control of our progress, our time, and our success by evaluating our work in measurable terms. This is readily gauged by the immediate impact and continued success of the tens of placements we make every day. We continually monitor the work, the progress and the well-being of our most valuable resources: our workforce. We utilize a proprietary software we have developed, called CPX, that gives us the unparalleled ability to operate more effectively, efficiently and ethically. We remain accountable to the success of our community and our clients.
