What is an offshore delivery center (ODC)?
An offshore delivery center is a dedicated facility where a team works exclusively for one client, following that client’s processes, tools and security standards, in a talent-rich location. A nearshore delivery center (NDC) does the same close to the client’s time zone. LanceSoft operates both: 15+ offshore centers across India and 6 nearshore centers across the Americas, with 5,000+ combined seats.
